How do I care for my candle?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our candles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped promptly once ready.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way. During holidays and new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

What if an item I love is sold out?
